SolarSENS plugin support
Get help with the SolarSENS plugin published by AVA. Email support@solarsens.co or open the SolarSENS service desk.
Check the connection
Section titled “Check the connection”The plugin needs a SolarSENS account with access to the Plants you want to query. It reads data for your authorized Plants and cannot change equipment settings or SolarSENS records.
If sign-in fails, start the connection again and complete the sign-in screen. If your client asks for a server URL, use https://mcp.solarsens.co/mcp.
If a Plant is missing, check that you signed in with the intended SolarSENS account. Contact support to review access to that Plant.
If a result looks wrong, check the Plant, date range, and timezone in your request. Include those details when you report the issue.
Report an issue
Section titled “Report an issue”Include the following details in your support request:
- The client you use, such as ChatGPT or Codex.
- What you tried to do and what happened instead.
- The date and time of the problem, including your timezone.
- The error text, if one appeared.
Remove passwords, access tokens, and confidential Plant data before you send screenshots or copied messages. Do not send credentials or authorization headers.
Privacy requests
Section titled “Privacy requests”For questions about data retention or requests to access, correct, or delete your personal data, follow the privacy request instructions.
