SolarSENS plugin privacy policy
This page covers the SolarSENS plugin provided by Advanced Vision Analytics Pte Ltd and published as AVA. The plugin connects your AI app, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to SolarSENS through https://mcp.solarsens.co/mcp. The plugin is read-only. It cannot change SolarSENS records, control equipment, acknowledge alarms, or create work orders.
Personal data we collect
Section titled “Personal data we collect”We collect only the data that the plugin needs to sign you in and return the Plant data that you request.
- Sign-in profile. Your email address, your name, and your sign-in account ID. You sign in on the Auth0 sign-in page. We never receive your password.
- SolarSENS account link. The SolarSENS user and customer IDs that AVA Asia links to your sign-in account. These IDs set which Plants you can access.
- Request data. The tool name and the Plant, device, or date values in each request. Our logs and traces record the request time, your IP address, the AI app’s user agent, and the tool name.
We do not collect your chat history, your location, or payment data. We do not ask for passwords, API keys, or other secrets in tool requests.
How we use personal data
Section titled “How we use personal data”- To sign you in and confirm that your AI app connection is authorized.
- To find the Plants that your account can access, and to return only data for those Plants.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, for example to find the cause of a failed request.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell user data.
Who receives personal data
Section titled “Who receives personal data”- Your AI app. The AI app that you connect receives the SolarSENS results that it requests through your connection. The AI app’s own privacy policy covers how it uses those results.
- Service providers. Auth0 operates sign-in. Cloudflare operates the plugin connection. DigitalOcean hosts the SolarSENS service that supplies Plant data. Our tracing service stores request traces. These providers process data only to operate the service for us.
How long we keep personal data

We do not keep a separate copy of the Plant data that the plugin returns. That data stays in SolarSENS under your company’s SolarSENS agreement.
Your controls
Section titled “Your controls”- Disconnect. Remove the SolarSENS connection in your AI app’s settings at any time. After you disconnect, the AI app cannot read SolarSENS data until you sign in again.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Email support@solarsens.co to get a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it. Include your SolarSENS account email and the action that you request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
- Plant access. Your company’s SolarSENS administrator controls which Plants your account can access.
